My condition before coming to Tri-County Clinic was severe low back pain. I suffered with this off and on for about ten years. I had been to two other chiropractors over the years and none of them did for me what Tri-County did. Dr. Zubeck shot me straight about my problems and what he and the other doctors could and could not do for me. I liked the informational sessions that they hold in the office for you to learn more about your health. I now feel the best I have felt in a long time. Yes, I am a success story. I think I will be one of the patients that Drs. Zubeck will talk about and show off my x-rays. I have had back trouble since I hurt my back at age 13 but in 2009 I was in so much pain in my lower back and left leg and I could not get relief from doctors, medication, and injections. I went through two surgeries on my lower back in seven months time. I seemed to improve to a point but then the pain would return and I would start back taking pain killers and muscle relaxers. The day I had an appointment to discuss more epidural injections, I chose to go to an appointment with Drs. Zubeck at Tri-County Clinic. My daughter, Gena, had been seeing Drs. Zubeck with her back. Gena’s pediatric orthopedic had told us that her back could not be corrected but Drs. Zubeck had made a difference in her scoliosis and I believe a life-long difference in her health. The day I walked into Tri-County Clinic of Chiropractic I was greeted by a warm, friendly staff. I was in so much pain and state of depression that I cried while I told Dr. Heidi of my trials and tribulations over the past year and more. Then I cried every visit for a while and then I cried from happiness that I could see and feel a difference in my body and my life. Little things that people take for granted, like washing clothes, cooking, walking all over Wal-Mart, I can do now without the pain and discomfort I was in. In the beginning, I would overdo it because I felt so much better. I have had to learn to pace myself and I can enjoy camping trips, boating, swimming, and other family activities that I could not before. I feel that without choosing my appointment with Drs. Zubeck that I would be facing more surgery, more medication, and a life of limited activities. Now, I envision a life much more comfortable and fun and full of activities. Sadly, I think it is human nature to take things in our lives for granted. Good health, family and friends are always supposed to be there. Right??? I have took for granted the active life that I have lead up until problems started occurring in my shoulders, arms, and neck. I have had to stop doing many things because of the constant pain that I could not ignore (believe me I tried!) I quit walking with my friends, playing games with my boys; it even interfered with my sleeping. Over the last few years I have had two neck surgeries for ruptured and bulging discs. The surgeries fused several of my vertebrae together. The surgeries released a lot of pain but put pressure on other vertebrae as a result. My arms and shoulders started hurting in the same cycle as before. I could not sleep at all on my left side, my arms would fall asleep, between my shoulder blades and neck I hurt constantly. Unfortunately, my arms, hands and fingers were the only body parts getting any sleep. I was up and down at night every few hours trying to get comfortable. Sleep deprivation along with constant pain is not a good combination. My aunt referred me to Tri-County Clinic. She had undergone back surgery and was having great success with Drs. Zubeck. I was a little leery of anyone working on my neck at the point. They took x-rays, asked questions and made notes, and then they----made an appointment for the next day to discuss their diagnosis. They never touched my neck or back on the first visit. My information and x-rays were dissected and diagnosed completely before anyone attempted to “straighten my neck out.” My trust in the Zubecks rose. After several weeks of adjustments I am doing much better. I feel like I have a new lease on life. Everything is so much better that I am playing with my boys again and thinking about getting back into an exercise program. I am sleeping better, much to my family’s relief. It was a dark and stormy night, one of numerous nights full of late night TV and pain killer. The torture was so intense I was unaware of the danger that loomed ahead in my future. Blindly making my way through the tangle of emotion and confusion, I once again reached into the darkness, fully aware of the danger, yet uncaring, for the only relief I knew, my friend, my enemy all rolled into one…Advil. As my liver recoiled in terror and dread, I once more submersed it in the chemicals of release. Soon my spinal cord was introduced to the Doctors of TCCC and it lived happily ever after.

When I first started coming to Tri-County Clinic I had been suffering from pain in my neck and lower back I was to the point where I couldn’t sit or stand without my back catching, I also had migraines all the time for 21 years or more. I have had two nerve blocks for the pain in my neck but nothing for my back or head. The staff at Tri County Clinic is really great they care and want you to get better. The thing I like most about the care that I am getting is that: I feel better in 10 days and they believe in healing naturally not with meds and surgery. My first visit was hard on me, it hurt real bad I was not sure if I could keep the adjustments up but the more they adjusted me the better I felt! After 10 visits I can sit and stand without a lot of pain and my migraines have gone away! I feel like a new person but I still have a long way to go. I tell people how I feel because people that know me can see that the pain I was in is not as bad as before. I tell them that they should come and see the doctors at Tri County Clinic so they can feel better even if they are not in pain! - S. Cone 6/27/11
When I was first introduced to chiropractic I was only able to ride in a vehicle for one hour without pain, I would get very irritated and antsy which affected my job. This lasted for about six months before I met Drs. Zubeck. I had not thought about surgery or taking any type of medication because I wanted a safe and natural way to help with the discomfort. The staff at the clinic is like family; they really know how to take care of you and are willing to help with anything. I liked that the staff was professional and the knowledge of the doctors was outstanding. A year later after being under chiropractic care I can now sit down and ride in a car for longer periods of time without any pain or discomfort. When I first met Drs. Zubeck at Tri-County Clinic I was having a lot of neck pain, stiffness, and tingling/burning sensations in my shoulder blade. After about a year of just dealing with the discomfort and taking anti-inflammatory medication, I decided to check out chiropractic and what it could do for me! They took the time to explain my condition and treatment to me. Since that point on Chiropractic has been extremely effective for me, there has been great improvement in my neck and the problems in my shoulder practically do not exist anymore! Being a pharmacist, at first I was a little skeptical but now I fully understand and believe in chiropractic through my experiences here at Tri-County Clinic. Proper spinal alignment is truly a vital part of overall health!

When I first heard about Drs. Zubeck and what they could do for my condition I was already on board for whatever they laid my way. I was having a lot of pain in my lower back and down my right side of my upper to middle back. This had been occurring for many years prior to chiropractic treatment, only massage and Tylenol or Excedrin really did anything for me but did not solve my condition. The pain in my lower and middle back has tremendously decreased and subsided from the everyday occurance, I feel like I am almost perfect. From the moment I walked into Tri-County Clinic the staff greeted me with warming smile and went over and beyond to help in anything to better serve me! I love that treatment at Tri-County Clinic is so convenient and everything was explained very thoroughly!! I have no complaints with my care since day one of treatment everything was very professional, and very impressive! This was a great choice, no regrets I wish I would have started in my 20’s! I have to get my children in here soon, I recommend Tri-County Clinic to everyone friends and family!
